We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, checks, and cash. We also offer automatic payment options for your convenience — set it and forget it. All payments are due on the 1st of each month.
Standard access hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week, including holidays. Premium members with 10×15 units or larger can upgrade to 24/7 access for an additional $25/month. Our office at 3604 Bandera Highway is staffed Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Yes, you provide your own lock for your unit, which means only you have the key. We sell high-quality disc locks at our office for $15 if you need one. We recommend disc locks over standard padlocks as they're more resistant to cutting.
We offer both standard and climate-controlled units. Climate-controlled units maintain a temperature between 55°F and 85°F year-round and have reduced humidity — essential for the Texas Hill Country summers! They're ideal for furniture, electronics, documents, artwork, and anything sensitive to temperature extremes. Climate-controlled units are typically $20-40 more per month.
You can store most household and business items including furniture, appliances, boxes, seasonal items, vehicles, boats, RVs, and business inventory. However, we prohibit: hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, illegal items, perishable food, live animals, and plants. Please ask our staff if you're unsure about a specific item.
No! All of our rentals are month-to-month with no long-term commitment required. You can cancel anytime with 10 days' notice before your next billing date. We also offer discounts if you prepay for 6 or 12 months upfront.
We strongly recommend insuring your stored belongings. Your homeowner's or renter's insurance may already cover items in storage — check with your provider. We also offer affordable tenant protection plans starting at $12/month for up to $5,000 in coverage.
Security is our top priority. Our Kerrville facility features: 24/7 video surveillance with 90-day recording retention, electronic gate access with unique PIN codes, individually alarmed units, perimeter fencing, bright LED lighting throughout, and regular staff presence. We've maintained a clean security record since opening in 2011.
Absolutely! Life changes, and so do storage needs. If you need to upgrade or downgrade to a different size, just let us know and we'll transfer you to an available unit. There's no fee to change sizes, though rates may differ based on the new unit.
Yes! Our office stocks boxes (various sizes), packing tape, bubble wrap, furniture covers, mattress bags, and locks. We also have a free "take a box, leave a box" area where customers can recycle gently used boxes.
We understand that things happen. If payment is late, we'll send a reminder on day 5. A late fee of $20 applies after day 10. If an account reaches 30 days past due, access to the unit is restricted until the balance is paid. We always try to work with customers facing temporary hardship — just give us a call.
You can authorize additional people to access your unit by adding them to your account. They'll need to provide ID and will receive their own gate code. You can add or remove authorized users at any time by contacting our office.
Yes! We have outdoor parking spaces, covered parking, and enclosed garages perfect for RVs, boats, trailers, and other recreational vehicles. Our covered spaces protect your investment from the harsh Hill Country sun and weather. Electrical hookups are available for select spaces.
